Vaughan-Bassett Furniture promotions

Vaughan-Bassett Furniture has promoted three of its executives: John Bassett and his sons, Wyatt and Doug.
In their fourth-quarter board meeting recently, Chairman C.W. Higgins Jr. took a step back to become vice chairman. John Bassett, president and CEO, moved up to become chairman and CEO.
Wyatt Bassett, who was executive vice president, assumes the president’s role and takes on the new position of chief operating officer. Doug Bassett takes his brother’s position as executive vice president; formerly vice president of sales and marketing, Doug will continue to oversee marketing efforts.
