NEW YORK—Kids Preferred has expanded its rights for Charlie and Lola licensed products to include eight additional categories.
The East Windsor, N.J.-based toymaker known primarily for its plush is expanding its Charlie and Lola range to include wooden toys, wooden puzzles, children’s umbrellas, melamine tableware, children’s backpacks, felt and magnetic playsets and vinyl lunch bags with insulated cups, according to licensor BBC Worldwide America.
Kids Preferred’s Charlie and Lola line launched at FAO Schwarz and FAO.com last October. FAO Schwarz will expand its Charlie and Lola product offering to include some of these new categories.
Charlie and Lola airs daily on Playhouse Disney. The series is based on the award-winning picture books by Lauren Child.
