Visco Kidz bedroom furniture, accessories debut

La Mirada, Calif-based Kittrich Corp. has released a new line of whimsical kids’ furniture and accessories dubbed Visco Kidz.
The line, which includes selections for boys and girls, is influenced by the colorful Visco Kidz mattress and pillow collection already on the market. Clint Eagar, vice president of home décor at Kittrich, designed the furniture, which made its U.S. debut at the Las Vegas Market in January.
The wood line includes a twin bed, $350; nightstand, $70; sectional room divider, $166; and a table and stool set, $150. Room accessories, including a rug, dec pillow, photo frames, mirror and lamps, round out the collections, with retail prices ranging between $10 and $110. Most pieces are available in either a blue/green/orange or pink/green/orange colorway.
Eagar said the line drew a favorable reaction at the Las Vegas Market. “It was just designed to be fun for the kids, and make one feel full of excitement and energy,” he said. “We had plenty of grins at its release.”
Kittrich plans to start shipping the line in about 90 days, Eagar said.
