Infantino recalls 3 infant toys

Products pose choking hazard when material detaches

SAN DIEGO — Infantino is recalling three of its infant toys in the U.S. and Canada after receiving 45 complaints of their blue metallic fabric detaching, posing a choking hazard; no injuries have been reported.

The toys being recalled are:

Infantino Lil’ Chef Set Infantino Activity Stacker Infantino Tag Along Chime Trio
Infantino Lil’ Chef Set 
(model 158-201 
and model 558-201)
Infantino 
Activity Stacker 
(model 158-202)

Infantino Tag Along 
Chime Trio 
(model 150-3092)


The model numbers can be found on a yellow tag on the toys.

About 172,000 toys were sold in the U.S. and 12,000 in Canada. They were sold at Babies “R” Us, Target, Wal-Mart, Meijer and other specialty stores from June 2007 through February 2009 for between $10 and $20. They were manufactured in China.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from young children and contact Infantino for a free replacement toy or product.
