Young America names second winner of sales associate contest

Young America has announced the second grand prize winner of its Winter Sales Associate Appreciation Event.
Late last year, company introduced to its Young America retail locations a three-month promotion designed to encourage sales associates to test their proficiency of the new Young America brand. According to Kevin Bowman, senior VP of sales & customer service for Stanley Furniture, this new generation of the brand is backed by a lasting promise to its customers to be “the brand you can trust.” This promise consists of four fundamental components – choice, safety, green and quality.
In addition to a monthly payout for the sale of eligible items, qualified retail sales associates are entered into a drawing to win one of three grand-prize trips, what the company has coined, “The Great Smoky Mountain Experience.”
Koren Kearse of Jalikan dba USA Baby in Overland Park, Kansas, is the second of the three grand prize winners. “Koren and her guest will enjoy an all-expenses-paid Smoky Mountain Experience at the beautiful Snowbird Lodge near our Young America factory in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains,” Bowman said.
