Boppy Co. sold to Italian company

Company best known for nursing pillow

The Boppy Co. has been sold to an Italian company.

Golden, Colo.-based Boppy is now owned by The Artsana Group, which is based in Grandate, Italy. Financial details weren't announced. The deal was announced last week, but closed May 30.
