Joya to debut new crib mattress
First one that’s vacuum-sealed and rolled

HIGH POINT, N.C.—Joya Sleep Systems by Garme will introduce the first vacuum-sealed and rolled visco foam crib mattress available, during the Las Vegas Market.
This mattress is being sold under the new Little Gems brand name, is available in two styles, and is reversible for both infant and toddler use.

Little Gems are designed to cradle infants and toddlers in pure, clean, luxurious comfort.
“Little Gems Sleep Systems are a breakthrough in providing infants and toddlers a truly healthy, comfortable sleeping environment,” said Carolyn Hauck, Joya’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “The vacuum-sealed and rolled process means that Little Gems arrive home totally sanitary, fresh and ready for baby to sleep comfortably.”
The Little Gems White Diamond features Joya’s soy-based PureForm memory on the toddler side, and HiPur Core Foam on the infant side.

The covers on the Little Gems are treated with Medicott, which prevent allergens from developing on the mattress, such as dust mites, and they are resistant to mold and mildew.
“Our covers are perfect for baby’s sensitive skin, or for those that may be prone to allergies,” said Hauck. “And, since the covers are zipped, they can easily be removed for cleaning.”
The inner covers are waterproof polyurethane and have a zipper. The outer covers are quilted velour with two zippers that make them removable for washing in cold water. A sub layer features three-dimensional breathable fabric on the top and edges of the mattress to promote air flow throughout the mattress, and to help with breathing and temperature control.
The mattresses are certified to Oeko tex Standard 100, ISO 9001 and HyCen (only for White Diamond).
