P. Graham Dunn recalls toy rattles
Kids Today Staff -- Kids Today, 8/13/2010 12:42:44 PM

DALTON, Ohio - P. Graham Dunn has recalled about 500 wooden toy rattles sold by gift stores and book retailers nationwide in June and July 2010 for about $6.
The wooden dowels can be installed at an angle, allowing the metal rattle inside to become exposed. This poses a serious choking hazard to young children. The company is aware of four incidents, but no children have been injured.
The rattle has a light brown stain, eight wooden dowels and a gold-colored metal rattle inside. The toy rattle is circular in shape, measuring 2-3/4 inches by 2 inches.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact P. Graham Dunn to receive a full refund, at 800-828-5260 or www.pgrahamdunn.com.
