New offerings to be shown in the fall

LOS ANGELES — Rug designer and manufacturer The Rug Market America is bolstering its collection of youth rugs with a series of new looks.

Rug designs within the new introductions include a variety of design concepts from geometrics to fanciful. The rugs are all constructed of durable polyester in two sizes. The Rug Market America will debut the new youth rug designs in their showroom at the Suites at Market Square space M-1000A during the fall High Point Market and at the ABC Kids Expo, October 18-21 in Las Vegas, in Booth 3821.

“With our latest collections of rug designs, buyers will be able to provide something fresh for every customer looking for this category,” said Andrew Shabtai, president, The Rug Market America. “Each season we add to our large array of baby and youth designs and work to capture a variety of motifs and age interests. Some designs can also easily transfer to a home’s main spaces and are not just for youth décor.”

Included within the introductions is “Chevron Boy” that presents a painted-look chevron motif in grays and blue with a pop of red. The “Owl On A Limb – Pink” offers a soothing and whimsical design for a home’s newest little miss. “Links- Beige” is one youth design that can grow with the child and is available in pink, blue or beige.

The introductory designs are crafted of stain resistant polyester yarn in a hook construction. Suggested retails for The Rug Market Kids Collection rugs: $99 for 3-by-5 and $249 for 5-by-8.
