Kids Preferred inks licensing deal

Company to make Goodnight Goodnight Construction Site plush toys

East Windsor, N.J.—Kids Preferred, a manufacturer of plush toys and gifts, has been awarded the toy license for Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site beginning. Under the terms of the deal, Kids Preferred will design, produce, and bring to market a variety of early childhood developmental toys and gifts inspired by the New York Times best-selling book.

“Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site is a genius premise that marries a fun and clever bedtime story with truck-loving preschoolers and won the hearts of both parents and children,” said Laura Perks, vice president of marketing, Kids Preferred. “We are thrilled to bring the brand to life and look forward to developing multiple lines of engaging toys and stimulating products.”

Kids Preferred will immediately begin to design and develop a variety of products including plush, pre-school and activity toys. The first items from the new partnership will hit shelves as early as Spring 2017.

The Deal was brokered by HAP Consulting, according to a statement issued by the company.
