Munchkin appoints Kaltreider to spearhead marketing
Branding veteran will leverage entertainment and consumer products expertise to increase company's brand awareness

NORTH HILLS, Calif - Juvenile products manufacturer Munchkin has appointed Jeffrey Kaltreider to the position of Vice President of Marketing, charged with furthering the company's growth while continuing the focus on consistent innovation.
"At Munchkin, we strive for creative ingenuity across our extensive product lines and consumer marketing campaigns," said Steven B. Dunn, chairman and CEO of Munchkin. "Jeffrey's wide range of experience and proven ability to deliver sales growth and strong brand identities across multiple categories will fortify our team and enable the company to break into new territories, reaching additional audiences."
Kaltreider brings to Munchkin more than fifteen years of marketing expertise, most recently serving as Senior Director at video game company Activision-Blizzard, leading worldwide marketing for Call of Duty: Black Ops, the best-selling videogame in history, with sales in excess of $1 billion. Kaltreider's other related experience includes heading European Marketing for Activision Publishing and marketing leadership positions at Primedia and Procter & Gamble. In his new post, Kaltreider will lead the marketing team at Munchkin and play an instrumental role in strategic decisions on behalf of the company.
"My background has been focused on successfully introducing innovative products to targeted audiences, while consistently growing brands by reaching new consumers through social, retail, digital and community marketing programs. I look forward to applying this skill set to support Munchkin's infant and toddler product portfolios to enhance overall awareness and contribute to the company's continued growth," said Kaltreider.
