Pottery Barn Kids launches designer collection

SAN FRANCISCO -- Pottery Barn Kids unveiled a new children’s décor collection with designers and fashion stylists, Emily Current and Meritt Elliott.

PB Kids Emily Meritt collectionPlayful imagination is the theme of the 120-piece collection.

Following their nursery collection with Pottery Barn Kids last spring, the Emily & Meritt for Pottery Barn Kids collection features new furnishings and décor, including bedding, lighting, decorative accessories, giftables and storage. It includes over 120 pieces for nursery, bedroom and playroom.

On theme of playful imagination, the collection features bold patterns and a touch of sparkle. Classic home essentials are re-imagined to create a magical space for any child to dream and play. Black and white, their signature color palette, can be seen predominately in the collection contrasted with a bold mix of patterns and texture. Delicate details in bedding and textiles create rooms that are modern with a twist of nostalgic whimsy.

“We were excited to create rooms that felt equally nostalgic as unexpectedly new. We loved mixing bold black and white prints with touches of bright optimistic colors, and pairing soft wash pinks back to shiny metallic,” said Emily Current and Meritt Elliott. “We aimed to design spaces that felt magical — inspiring kids to feel creative, playful and heroic. Timeless icons, whimsical creatures and clever giftables were designed with both the adventurous kid and stylish parent in mind.”

The Emily & Meritt for Pottery Barn Kids collection is available for purchase on PotteryBarnKids.com and in Pottery Barn Kids stores nationwide, with prices ranging from $6.50 to $999.
