JPMA/ABC merger webinars today and tomorrow

Jane Kitchen -- Kids Today, 10/18/2011 11:44:31 AM

San Antonio -- Two webinars will take place in the next two days designed to allow feedback and answer questions regarding the proposed merger of ABC and JPMA announced last month.

The first, at 2:00 today, is designed for manufacturers; the second, at 2:00 tomorrow, is designed for retailers.

Kelly Mariotti, who is leading the task group to merge the two groups, said the format will be a 20 minute presentation followed by 40 minutes of question-and-answer sessions.

Mariotti has stressed that the proposed merger needs industry input, and that she has an open-door policy regarding communication and concerns.

"I am at your disposal - please communicate with me," she said last month at a press conference announcing the proposed merger.

To register for the retail webinar, go to http://theabcshow.com/retailerwebinar.asp; for the manufacturer webinar, go to http://theabcshow.com/msrwebinar.asp.
