Soft goods manufacturer Siscovers is adding a run of rugs to its Crayola Home Collection along with a new solid bedding set called My Color Is…

Siscovers will feature the new Crayola bedding and rugs in the Feizy showroom located at 230 Fifth Avenue, Room 204-205 during the NY Home Fashions Market. The collection will be shown again at the High Point Furniture Market and at the ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas.

Shari Hammer, creative director, president and CEO of Siscovers, said the idea to get into rugs came when company officials wanted to complete the look created by their Crayola products.

“Nothing completes the room better than the perfect coordinating rug.” Hammer said. “We wanted to make it easier for our customers, so we created a Crayola one-stop home shop. We have added some fun and colorful coordinating Crayola rugs that work with our best-selling Crayola bedding, pillows and curtains,”

The new Crayola Rug program is launching with nine solid color accent rugs in 20x34-inch sizes and six different 4x6 machine woven area rugs.

The solid collection was inspired by the iconic box of 24 crayons. The collection includes comforter sets in 17 reversible color combinations and 24 solid color sheet sets, toss pillows and black-out curtain panels.

“Children identify with their favorite color, and each color represents a different personality. For example, Vivid Violet is thoughtful and sensitive, while Laser Lemon is happy and playful,” said Shari Hammer, creative director, president and CEO of Siscovers. “My Color Is… bedding program allows children to express their individuality through color.”

Hammer said guests can take a color personality test to build a personalized colorful collection with the My Color Is… app on The color-configurator app shows how color choices look together in a bedroom.

“It is a fun and easy way to play with color combinations. With so many possibilities, it helps you visualize your room your way,” Hammer said.Shari explained.
