Dallas — Dallas Market Center has named Eva Walsh vice president of business development in its leasing department, a new position. Walsh will be responsible for the center's retail sales force for specialty and major stores and will also be charged with creating new business opportunities for the center.
This is Walsh's second stint with the Dallas Market Center. She first joined the company in 1989 as director of marketing and was promoted to director of leasing in the bridge and women's apparel segments. She left in 2003 and moved to California where she consulted with several companies, including the Dallas Market Center, on the development of Fashion Center Dallas.
