JPMA elects new board of directors

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — Dave Taylor of Dorel Juvenile Group has been elected chairman of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Assn.'s board of directors for the 2012-2013 term.
Taylor takes over for Jason Macari of Summer Infant Products, who is now immediate past chair. Other new officers are Andy Keimach of Munchkin, who was elected vice chairman, and Luanne Lager of Regal Lager, who was elected treasurer.
New directors joining the board are Dennis Bruce of Graco Children's Products, Rob Conley of Evenflo and Mary Jo Romeo of Mom365. They join current directors Ellen Diamant of Skip Hop, Scott Doerstling of Diono, Mark Messner of Chicco USA, Ken Wittenauer of Britax, Andy Newmark of Kolcraft Enterprises and Joe Shamie of Delta Enterprises.
"JPMA is pleased to welcome such strong leaders to the board to help further the overarching mission of the organization and the industry," Taylor said. "I am honored to serve as JPMA chairman and together, we as an industry are uniquely positioned to execute its strategic objectives with a clear vision over the next year."
JMPA thanked outgoing directors Keith Schneider of PEM America and Immediate Past Chair Brenda Berg of Scandinavian Child for their service on the board.
