Wildflower Group to represent Goodnight Moon, Raggedy Ann & Andy properties

NEW YORK — Licensing and branding agency The Wildflower Group has signed multi-year agreements to manage two well-known children's brands, Goodnight Moon from HarperCollins Children's Books and Raggedy Ann & Andy from Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing.
The Wildflower Group says it plans to build on the longtime success of the book-based properties. The agency will represent Goodnight Moon in the U.S. and Canada and is looking for licensing partners in all categories expect electronics. Agreements are sought in infant apparel, accessories, bedding and room décor, gifts and collectibles, stationary and more. The Wildflower Group will represent Raggedy Ann & Andy globally and is seeking partners in collectibles (excluding rag dolls), home décor and crafts and fabrics.
