Headquartered in Los Angeles, tokidoki was founded in 2003 by designer Simone Legno and his partners Pooneh Mohajer and Ivan Arnold. With a line of apparel, handbags, cosmetics, accessories and more, tokidoki features larger-than-life characters and designs. The brand's cult status has fueled high-profile collaborations with Karl Lagerfeld, LeSportsac, Onitsuka Tiger, Marvel, New Era, Hello Kitty, Fujitsu, Levi's, Smashbox cosmetics, Sephora, Xbox, T-mobile, Fornarina,Mattel, Skullcandy and Medicom Toy.

"The tokidoki for Clek partnership was a natural way to expand upon our design DNA," explained Clek President Chris Lumley. "Tokidoki's commitment to innovative design matched our own, while their worldwide following and cult status among young parents made this a natural fit."

"Clek is a great brand that embodies the tokidoki spirit," said Simone Legno, creative director for tokidoki. "We love to work with companies like Clek that are making breakthroughs in technology coupled with functional design.

The tokidoki for Clek collaboration is a strong example of where art, progressive technology and children's car seats converge and show up in our daily lives."

Tokidoki for Clek will be tailored in Crypton Super Fabrics which have a moisture barrier, are stain resistant, eliminate odor-causing bacteria and are GreenGuard Select certified. The new line will debut for the 2013 Spring/Summer season.
