Delta Children's Products is donating 50 cribs to a Greenville, S.C.-based non-profit during a Safe Sleep event today.
The cribs will be distributed at Soteria Community Development Corp., which provides aid to low-income individuals and families in Greenville and upstate South Carolina.
The giveaway, valued at $10,000, is part of a larger donation promise has made to Kids in Distressed Situations, a nonprofit charity that collects and provides clothing, furniture and products to babies and children in the U.S. and abroad. Delta, whose president, Joseph Shamie, is a K.I.D.S. board member, has pledged to donate 2,000 cribs worth more than $500,000 to the organization.
K.I.D.S. will facilitate the distribution at today's event and also share Safe Sleep advice with the families.
We would love your feedback!
