Industry trade show showcases multitude of juvenile products

BassettBaby showed at JPMA for the first time in several years and brought a full line of new crib designs including this model, with a cottage look and in a pale pink finish.
Just Too Cute showed its Ballerina tuffet, which has a retail price of $625. The "toe shoe" feet are made of wood and covered with ceramic.
Bonavita showed its convertible Sheffield crib in a new distressed rustic cherry finish, which has brown undertones. The crib retails for $599.
Green Frog Art's new Williamsburg collection of child-size furniture makes a dramatic statement in black and natural finishes. This table and chair set features two drawers — one on each side — and retails for $499.
New gear company Joovy's Caboose stroller includes a platform, handles and "jumpseat" for an older child to ride behind, as well as a standard seat up front with a two-position recline and attachment bar for an infant carseat. Retail price is $149.
Munire debuted its Newport collection, available in black, cherry and bisque, shown. The domestically made convertible crib features bun feet and retails for $699.
This farm-themed Barnyard bedding is new from Sozo, and features bold, whimsical characters, including pigs, chickens and cows. Coordinating layette items are also available.
Classy Kid showed this restaurant-style high chair, which features a smaller seat on top, making it more difficult for kids to wriggle out. Retail price point for the chair is $39.95.
The Ashbury is from BananaFish and is one of several new designs from the manufacturer to take a clean-lined, geometric approach to bedding. Featuring the hot color combination of aqua and chocolate in faux suede and multi-stripe patterns, a four-piece set retails around $299.
Sunshine Kids showed its Profile carseat, which folds at the seat (as shown, left). The seat can be used both rear facing and forward facing, and it supports children who weigh up to 65 pounds. The retail price is $199.
This new carousel display rack is from Corsican, and can be used by retailers as a beautiful way to show infant or toddler clothes.
This gift set from new exhibitor Babylicious features hip, modern patterns in bright colors.
California Kids's Betina collection combines cotton and plush in hot, tropical hues with a little black and white mixed in. Retail price for the set is $299.
New exhibitor EasyWalker traveled to the U.S. from Holland to show its line of hip strollers. Offered in eight colors, including tropical hues such as lime and fuchsia, the stroller is sold with several accessories. The basic frame can fit a carrycot and carseat as well as the standard buggy seat. The EasyWalker retails for $750.
The Move & Groove interactive mobile and play yard from Simplicity features music, motion and lights to entertain babies and toddlers.
This dresser in the Stone Bunny collection features a bunny scene in soft colors along the top of the mirror and a choice of either carrot or lettuce drawer pulls. From Spring Creek Furniture, the dresser and mirror retail for $649.
Cotton Tale's new Hey Cowgirl collection features a feminine western theme, with a unique take on a crib bedskirt.
The Zoo Review collection is part of Rashti & Rashti's licensed Carter's line. The bedding features microsuede in warm, soothing colors. The set retails for $160.
Trend Lab showed its new ABCD collection with a transportation theme in shades of blue, lime and red. The crib set retails for $100.
Levels of Discovery launched several new chairs at the show, including this model for the budding artist. Featuring a hidden compartment for art supplies, a palette-shaped chair arm and a place to display junior's masterpiece, the chair retails for $135.
The No-Throw was invented by two sisters to keep kids from throwing their cups. The Velcro tether attaches to carseats, strollers, highchairs and more. From Twin Beginnings, the No-Throw retails for $7.50.
Tigex's MultiFlow Bottles feature a nipple with an air-control valve to provide three flow speeds in one nipple. Available in 5-, 8- and 11-ounce sizes with cow and zebra motifs, the grip handles make the bottles easy to hold.
Jamee Haley Designs showed a new line of crib bedding in both girl and boy designs. Maya's Mermaids, shown, is offered in two color schemes in chenille and cotton polka-dot flannel with hand-embroidered bumper panels.
Brandee Danielle's new Babette collection combines soft pink and lavender chenille with shades of sage and yellow. Frogs, dragonflies and turtles combine for a cute girls' group.
Snack Knack unveiled a new line of kid-friendly snack products that focus on convenience for parents. The Crunch & Sip 2-in-1 Snack-Time container features a one-cup snack holder on top and a 9-ounce drink holder on the bottom. Products in the line will retail from $2.99 to $9.99.
This hand-painted armoire is new from Chanderic and features nursery rhyme art from Sweet Beginnings. Available exclusively to Baby Furniture Plus retailers, the armoire retails for $999.
Lambs & Ivy's new Secret Garden collection is designed specifically to coordinate with today's trendiest crib finish: black. Featuring a feminine look with embroidered dragonflies, chenille cording and black-and-white gingham trim, a six-piece set retails for $199.
Baby Gecko's new Go Bananas collection includes a crib, changing table and full-size bed that incorporate banana leaf motifs. The collection is available in a two-tone mint and sand finish with a toffee colored glaze to accent the intricacies of the leaf carvings. The crib retails for $1199 as shown, with banana-leaf canopy, or $799 without.
Regal + Lager showed its new line of Phil & Ted's products from New Zealand, including the T-2, a travel cot that can be used indoors or outdoors and folds up into a convenient carry bag. Retail price is around $149.
First-time exhibitor Serena & Lily showed off its hip designs in new Moses baskets. Available in three styles, Lucy, Henry and Carter, they include five pieces: bumper, mattress pad, blanket, basket and pad.
