Los Angeles-based Bask Home, a manufacturer of terrycloth and cotton products for kids, is celebrating its first anniversary with its own booth in the First Time Exhibitor Area at the ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas this month.
"We had a small section in the House booth last year but decided to get our own booth this year for several reasons," said CEO Beth Gulas. "We've had explosive growth and wanted to brand ourselves at the show; we're using and debuting fabrics beyond the House collections and we want to be more involved with our buyers."
During the expo, the company is launching its Anniversary collection, a line of children's fabrics for hooded towel and washcloth sets, burp cloths, bathrobes, bibs, cover-ups, bath towel sets and bath mats. It also will bow its expanded little house collection including Annette Tatum's new designs.
"The retailer response to the vibrant and fun, yet sophisticated patterns we've introduced has been very enthusiastic," said Bask Home President Kim Levin.
Gulas said the Anniversary Collection is perfect for "parents who are looking for hip yet practical designs that will match their nursery or child's bedroom décor."
