Newest crop of juvenile finds on display at the International Toy Fair in NY

16″ NightyNight dolls from Fanny's Play House come with their own little buddies for snuggling. The dolls are offered in four skin tones and are machine-washable.

Bibble, part of Mattel's Barbie Fairytopia line, has a new soft body for even more cuddling. Bibble's eyes open when he is squeezed and he gently snores when sleeping, $17.99.

GundKids' Pinky Dinky Doo collection includes a range of room accessories in hot tween colors. The switch plate covers are offered in three styles and feature scalloped edges and cheeky phrases, $7.50.

When pushed onto its side, Mary's Meyer's licensed Taggies Chime giraffe will right itself and play a soothing tune. The 6″ plush toy retails for $14.50.

Aurora World is showing 12″ Nature Babies, a collection of 24 baby animals, including puppies, kittens and jungle pals, that come with special adoption cards, $11.99.

North American Bear returns to Toy Fair with a plethora of introductions including the Lion Pull-a-Long from the Velveteenie Circus collection. The velour lion is stationed on a padded platform for baby-safe fun, $23.

Douglas Co.'s new line of plush horses features manes and tails that can be brushed and they have removable faux leather saddles or blankets. The 10″ horses are offered in Western (shown) and English versions, $13.

Small World Toys is showing a new collection of Dr. Seuss products, including chunky wooden puzzles with pieces big enough for little hands to handle. The puzzles, for children 12 months and older, are offered in three themes — Cat in the Hat, One Fish Two Fish and Green Eggs and Ham, $7.99.

Curious George comes to the rescue in a bold fire-fighting outfit. The bean-stuffed George, $5.99, is one of several in Marvel's new licensed line based on the beloved character.

Fisher-Price's stationary Smart Cycle plugs into the TV, allowing kids to actively participate in various software games that help with learning and coordination. The cycle comes with one title and others, featuring characters such as Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants and Barbie, are sold separately, $99.99.

Put on some music and watch Radica Games' Mood Beams flash colors to the beat. The battery-operated Beams also play five light shows with the touch of a button, $9.99.

Tiny Love combines colorful stacking rings and a ball activity for double the fun. The musical toy is offered with either a chicken or penguin character topper, $19.95.

Ride Along Pals from Applepie Toys Distribution have rubber rings to help protect the floor as the toddler rocks away. The pals are offered in three designs — Dippo the dinosaur, Ellie the elephant and Gracie the goose. For children 18 months and older, $60–70.

Kids Preferred turns the well-known Very Hungry Caterpillar into an 11' huggable plush toy in vivid shades of green and red, $20. The character, from the book series by author/illustrator Eric Carle, is also available as a puppet and pen.

Bestever is showing Western Corral, a line of plush that includes toys as well as a wearable pieces such as a backpack, sling bag, duffel bag and more, $10–32.

Ahoy! HABA introduces six fun pirate designs on a collection of unbreakable melamine plates and glasses, $4 each.

American Greetings' Care Bears brand is marking its 25th anniversary with this cuddly white and silver pal that comes packaged in a special collector's box. From Play Along, the bear retails for $12.99.

The body of Folkmanis' tortoise can be pulled fully into his shell or extended out for realistic play. The puppet, which measures 20″ long, retails for $40.

Imagiplay is introducing a collection of room décor items featuring friends from the animal kingdom. The solid wood bookends are offered in eight styles, including dolphin, ladybug and giraffes, $29.99.

The Lamaze Spin and Explore Garden Gym features a colorful surface with activities, textures and layers to stimulate baby's senses.

LC Creations' pirate-themed table set includes two handy storage stools. The table is 20″ in diameter and the stools are 10″ × 12″. The whimsical pirate art is silk-screened with hand-painted details.
