Learning Curve buys body care brand

Company makes Tummy Honey line of products

Learning Curve Brands, a subsidiary of Oak Brook, IL-based toymaker RC2 Corp., has acquired personal care vendor Mother's Intuition, marketer of the Bella B Natural Bodycare line of products for pregnant women and new mothers.

Jon Harb, vice president of Bella B, said in a statement, "Our complete Bella B line will undergo the next level of growth as a result of this acquisition."

The Bella B Natural Bodycare line is best known for its Tummy Honey stretch mark products.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
