MIAMISBURG, Ohio – Evenflo, along with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, has recalled its Switch-A-Roo Telephone toys.
A mirror decal attached to the toy can peel away, posing a potential choking hazard.
About 25,000 of the toys, with model number 6391911, were made between October 2008 and June 2009 and sold at juvenile product stores nationwide, including Toys ‘R’ Us, for about $8.
Consumers should immediately remove the mirror decal from the toy and permanently dispose of it.
