Bassett partners with Babylicious for bedding
Collection to launch at ABC Expo

Virginia-based Bassett Furniture has teamed up with Babylicious to create a line of modern crib bedding and accessories under the Bassettbaby brand name.
Under the licensing deal, Canada-based Babylicious and Bassett have created several collections that will debut at the ABC Expo next month in Las Vegas.
According to a press release, the deal is part of Bassettbaby’s vision to create “The World of Bassettbaby” in nursery and infant products. Bassett also has a licensing deal with plush manufacturer Kids Preferred, and it plans to announce a layette partner soon.
“Our new relationship with Babylicious is outstanding from a product and conceptual standpoint of branding,” said Lex Bendall, vice president of Bassett Juvenile. “We will work with Babylicous in creating exciting designs in infant bedding and essentials.”
Tina Barkley, president of Babylicious, was also enthusiastic. “This new partnership is a perfect marriage between our burgeoning baby bedding company and a well-established baby furniture manufacture,” she said. “We are thrilled to team with Bassettbaby to give our customers everything they need for their stylish nurseries: hip, fresh bedding and accessories and beautifully crafted cribs.”
