MIAMI – Furniture manufacturer Flexa has returned to the national scene with the launch of a full-service consumer online store.
The Web site, www.ShopFlexa.com, is a partnership between the Denmark-based juvenile company and retailer and investor Ark USA Holding, which is the only authorized online dealer of Flexa products in the United States. The Web site debuted in December and has seen increasing sales and visitors in the months that followed, the company said in a news release.
Products are warehoused in a 10,000-square-foot shipping facility in Miami, with orders typically shipping out to customers within 24 hours of being received.
“We have been fortunate enough already to help hundreds of customers across the U.S. who already have Flexa systems and are looking to modify their children’s bedrooms,” said Adam Lockhart, customer service manager with ShopFlexa. “More surprising is the number of new customers to the Flexa brand who we are helping choose the perfect room for their children.”
Ark USA Holding is planning to open retail stores in Nevada, Florida and Georgia, which will join Flexa shops already open in Bethesda, Md., Virginia Beach, Va., and Honolulu.
