The non-toxic cocoon is designed by Thomas Burger in the shape of an egg, symbolizing creation. A special limited edition line of “Jessica’s Cradle” will be available on the Naturescast
website for $3000. The cradle is made of sustainable hypo-allergenic materials including Naturescast, a special material made from agro-forest waste including trees, leaves and barks, non-toxic Enviroboard, recycled paper, stainless steel and water-based adhesives. To make the cradle more comfortable, a scratch and food resistant Marmorcast gel coating was used for the inner surfaces. Not to worry, Marmorcast contains recycled materials.
