Inspected Furniture

I asked one of my warehouse staff today what he would recommend for a blog topic. He replied that it should be noted that many boxes labeled "Inspected by..." still contain problems that customers will notice. He stated that he thought Ray Charles had been inspecting some of these pieces before packing. Furniture manufacturers, who is inspecting your product? How well are they inspecting it and are they checking every piece? If you're getting your goods from overseas, I would highly recommend a through inspection of every piece before it leaves your factory. Not cost effective? Maybe you should concider US production...
